Cutting It Loose Estate Sales is the Oldest Estate Liquidation firm in the Denver Metro Area, Service Oriented to your needs. We have the largest referral business and repeat business from family and friends. We appreciate every referral and realize it is a great testament to our ability to exceed the expectations of our clients. Every estate sale meets the quality expected by our clients - from beginning to end.
Our process is very simple: We meet with you at the Sale Site to review what is being sold and discuss your time table. After agreement of the items to be sold, a contract detailing the aspects of the sale is created and approved.
The process itself: items are prepared for display, items of like nature are arranged together much like a department store. Each item is examined and priced. Specialty items, antiques, collectibles, art work, rare items are researched by our research staff to review for the best price.
The research staff utilizes many of our online research personnel. A minimum of three quotes from three different research personnel is taken into consideration to determine the sale price. Since these items are purchased by special buyers, a Pre-Announcement of these items is placed on the web for informational purposes only. For security reasons the site of the sale and the dates are not released until the day before the sale begins.Â
After the sale ends:Â Â a report will be furnished to recap the sale. Since we do accept checks, time is allowed for all the checks to clear.
If the home is also for sale, we request flyers from your agent and distribute them at the sale. If the home is under contract we acknowledge that to inquiries. This is a side benefit to our clients and to the realtor, as it is an Open House for the sale of the real property listing. This service is provided at no additional cost. Since 2013, more than eight properties have been sold as a result of our estate sale.
After the sale all items are removed in accordance with your instructions. The home is cleaned by our staff including all living and storage areas as well as a garage Clean Sweep.

We welcome all buyers and purposely prepare our sale set-up for you convenience and to save you time.
Items for sale are arranged in a "department store fashion" with like items being placed together.
Items are clean, displayed and priced for you convince. Items which have a slight damage are clean marked with "As Is" notation. Some items are marked "FREE" for you to take.
During your shopping time we provide a HOLDING AREA for your use and safety.
If areas of the home create a possible danger for walking or have a low overhead, these areas are marked with YELLOW CAUTION TAPE.
Information for sales may be found at our website noted above. Information about the sale as to dates, time and address are in the Denver Post and on the website noted above. For security reasons the complete information of the sale is not released until the week of the sale.
